We have been seeing Dr. Eve for the past three years with our cat Ziti and would recommend her to anyone! She is kind, thorough and very patient. She is also great with communication and will call personally to discuss test results and treatment plans. We feel so lucky to have found Rivergate and Dr. Eve!
This is the best vet in NYC. Dr. Kross and his team are exceptional and will do everything to provide the best service to your pet. We have been going for years and are so grateful for their help and kindness. A special mention to Leo for his fantastic service and knowledge in case you need travel documents for your pet. Kind, honest, careful, straightforward. My experience here was full of ease, organized, and just honestly left me feeling a great deal of comfort. My neighbor recommended me to this doggie doctor to me, and it’s easy to see why. I feel so much better knowing that I found a great vet in NYC.
I arrived around 9:45 a.m. to schedule an appointment for 10:30 a.m. I came back at 10:20 a.m. and waited, assuming that since I had a 10:30 appointment, someone would call my name. When no one called me, I went to the front desk around 10:45 a.m. and told them I was still waiting. I was told, "They'll call you within two minutes."
