During my last visit, Dr. Purks and the dental assistant spent the entire time discussing their recent vacations while I was in the chair for cleaning. How unprofessional! In addition, I recently needed an appointment for tooth pain, tried 5 times. Twice I spoke to someone who said they would call back by the end of the day to schedule me. Neither time did that happen. The other times I left messages. The other 3 times I left messages! What terrible customer service! I've taken my business elsewhere!
Rivergate Dental really impressed me. From the moment I Inquired about dental care to the time I walked in for my very first appointment .The staff made everything smooth and stress-free. My hygienist was hands-down the most gentle I’ve ever had — no discomfort, no rushing, just real care. Dr. Purks is amazing too.
