I came to Rivergate Dental 3 years ago to have a filling done. The staff seemed nice and the dentist did a good job (I thought), so I've been coming regularly for cleanings ever since. A few weeks ago, the same filling came loose and fell out, so I had to go back and have it replaced. Dr. Purks is now the dentist, and I explained that it had only lasted a few years (which seems very short), but she said they only warranty their work for 1 year. This place has no respect for patients’ time. I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment, not once but it has already happened twice with me. What’s the point of scheduling if they can’t keep it? Won’t be coming back.
