Apparently this ramp has been shut down. I went there today to launch my Zodiac and the gate was locked. I then drove to the Gloucester City ramp and the attendant said people were trashing it so the City shut it down. I usually launch from Neshaminy, but have also used Quaker Penn Park ramp.
Ramp is closed. The locals suck and ruined it for everyone.
