Some of the staff is nice, others can't be bothered to help you. I enjoy the layout of the buildings and the rooms are okay. Waaaay to expensive for what you are getting. The elevators stop working a lot so be sure to leave earlier than planned. Although some think needing to swipe your Mcard at the front door, the entrance to the elevators, and in the elevators is extreme, I think it's comforting to know there is added security.
Lived here while attending UM-Flint, had zero issues moving in and the room was exactly what I was looking for. The only gripe I had was that our dorm fridge did not work, but within a couple days we were given a new one free of charge.
