I just finished my 212th class at River Flow, so I feel like I’ve officially earned my right to write this review. When I first walked in, I couldn’t touch my toes. Not even close. I’m a military vet with some back issues as souvenirs, and I wasn’t exactly sure yoga was for me. Spoiler: It is. In fact, I wish I had started sooner. This studio is magical. Immediately loved this studio. Everyone who works here is warm and welcoming. The space is beautiful, with great natural lighting and decor and overlooking the river. Their classes offer a bit of everything and I’ve enjoyed every one. They also offer a great intro unlimited package. Highly recommend checking them out!
