So sad to discover that my local credit union is no different than big business these days. After having $300 missing from my account, I discussed with others whom I knew banked here only to discover that they had many hacks through their credit card system. When I went onto the bank to try and find out where my money had gone, I was rudely told to write a letter. If I couldn't talk to someone at my bank of which I have banked at for nearly 50 years, I'd rather bank elsewhere.
