Applied to live in this building my morgage was approved. I have a great job have all the credentials all my ducks are lined up NO debt just 1 car which I use for work and 1 credit card $50 a month for work make over 96k alone single deposit has been in my account over 2 years i was ready to close. Been to this place several times. I've only dealt with the parts department. Everyone in parts has always been kind to me. Always gets me in and out of there in a timely fashion. Yes, I would recommend going there. Pretty cool place.
The management and board here are absolutely unbearable. Take note on other reviews you see online...you will regret living here and be bullied/harassed by management for anything they feel like making up. Also be prepared to be discriminated against if you're non white.
Extremely unprofessional management here who will discriminate against you in any way possible. If you have kids, are minority etc. you will be discriminated against here. Be warned or I guarantee you will regret coming here this is a place living in the past.
