UPDATE: Feb. 11/26 This is in no way intended to reflect badly on RiverEdge Bradford. I've been coming here for 11 years and if it weren't for them I would never see a dentist. I hold REB in the highest regard. This is regarding an unfortunate incident with a person in the waiting room. I had an appt today at 12 noon. I wanted to highlight that Yvonne went above and beyond to advocate and cordinate for complete coverage from my insurance company. She was extremely supportive, professional and always is patient centered in every interaction. Thank you so much for all that you are and all that you do!!
I need to unfortunately edit my review....I have been going to this place for the last 5 years and never had any issue. You have recently hired a new clerk that has no customer service skills whatsoever!!! I had to cancel my kids appointment for this coming Saturday, I am calling today Wednesday, and this new person named Alexis, tell me that there is a 48 hrs cancelation policy ( please keep in mind, she already made very upset the week before with the same nonsense, and told me the same thing and when I tried to reschedule... read more
Everyone at RiverEdgeDental are great and very friendly
The people there are so welcoming and courteous. They make you feel welcomed. I am very afraid of needles and they made sure that I was relaxed and not alone. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you to all the employees there for everything. Your the best
