Very welcoming staff and Hygenists are very through with their cleaning and clear in their explanation. Brought my kids here after paying higher prices for Pediatric sentry. Highly recommend
Dr. JJ is amazing, I cannot complain one bit about her technique and professional manner. On the other hand, I had a hiccup with the office. When I joined them, I informed them I'm on a tight budget. Max $100, the rest has to go through insurance or I will wait for a procedure. I booked an appointment for a day in April after receiving a new insurance card. Amazing customer service always!!!!
I miss Dr. Naz. She was my go to dentist. Also, Yvonne in reception is an amazing worker. She is on the ball with appointmrnts, billing etc. Sophie, the office manager is also very good and helpful as she added me from a claim by the insurer who was not paying out a claim but did so once Sophie helped out. You have a few very competent staff at this office. What ever Riveredge does, do not lose these employees.
Cleanings, fillings, phenomenal. People are lovely and always willing to answer any questions in detail. Five stars.
