Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review for Riverdale Specialty Pharmacy. When you pick up medication in person, the staff is courteous and professional. That part deserves acknowledgment. However, my experience with their delivery service has been consistently problematic, and at this point, unacceptable. The delivery drivers they outsource to are unreliable, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. This was a fantastic pharmacy until the business was sold and now it is under new management. Probably still better than the big box chains, but service and reliability has unfortunately gone down significantly. Hoping they can turn things around.
Nice staff, organized and great with communication - WAYYY better than CVS.
Very Corgil staff and Very attentive highly recommended.
Fantastic customer service. So glad I don't have to go to the pathetic CVS nearby.
