Horrible customer service. Everytime I arrive, I explain I have medication I need to pick up, and Everytime, I am told I have nothing available, without the cashier checking a shelf or blinking an eye. I have been forced to go back and forth between the essen clinic next door and the pharmacy because essen clinic is where I receive the prescriptions from. Clerk stated that the pharmacy did not carry the prescription. Clerk was not familiar with the generic name. Clerk checked with pharmacist upon customer insistence The pharmacy did have the med and the prescription was available and filled. Caveat emptor.
