Previously when I first started taking my child I wrote a positive review. This time, I had to edit because it wasn’t so great anymore. As this office started seeing more patients, it started to feel the wait times longer and appointment time rushed. My son had appointment at 11am, we arrived on time. The waiting room was so full I knew my son was not going to be called on time. So I told front desk, is it ok to wait outside and for them to call me when they are ready to see my child. Mi hija a side cliente desde pequeña aqui y tenia cita y despues de venir en traffic me dicen que tengo que llenar papeleria come nuevo paciente si no no me atienden sin darme una opcion que mal servicio al cliente la muchacha fue bien pesada

I am very disappointed with this dental clinic. During the first visit, my child’s tooth was damaged, and when we returned because my child had a severe tooth infection and was in a lot of pain, they canceled our appointment just because we were 10 minutes late. The staff were unprofessional, irresponsible, and showed no compassion for a child in pain.
