Waited over an hour (after arriving on-time) for basic vision-check appointment until my husband and son finally left the office, which was boiling hot, 85 degrees in January. It was so hot in there that my 5-year-old son felt nauseous. The receptionist said it was normal to wait over an hour and that there was nothing that could be done about to turn the heat down. She said no one ever complained about the temperature even though she fanned herself with a paper.
Awful experience. The temperature in the office was 80 degrees. They said they couldn't lower it because it was locked. It was so hot that when my 5 year old left he immediately threw up from the heat. Very bad experience.
I don't have words to describe how the doctor Tod Haller check up my daughters is excelent doctor he take care to my daughter nahiony and he is sooo sweet and profesional im wondering go Back again to the next appoiment i highly recomended he
The Receptionists create a welcome. atmosphere for the patients. The Technicians help patients to feel comfortable during & in between eye tests. Dr. Silverman uses graphic charts/ photos to enhance patients' understanding of the Ophthalmological diagnostic test results. The SilverCARE Team gives Blue Ribbon Performance! I've been a patient of Dr. Silverman for the past few years. The doctor is very professional as well as her staff the office is very clean and staff is friendly. She has done procedures on both my eyes and I am very satisfied. I no longer need to use glasses. I would recommend Dr. Silverman to friends and family.
