The doctor himself is the only good thing about this place. Wait for your appointment after arriving on time is between 1-2 hours in a nauseatingly hot office comparable to a sauna. The assistant who saw me didn't tell me to wash an ultrasound gel off my eye and it gave me a stye just hours after leaving the place, resulting in another visit. So if you can survive the 9th circle of hell to see Dr. Haller, go for it. Maybe the office/staff at the Bronx office is better?

Waited over an hour (after arriving on-time) for basic vision-check appointment until my husband and son finally left the office, which was boiling hot, 85 degrees in January. It was so hot in there that my 5-year-old son felt nauseous. The receptionist said it was normal to wait over an hour and that there was nothing that could be done about to turn the heat down. She said no one ever complained about the temperature even though she fanned herself with a paper.
Awful experience. The temperature in the office was 80 degrees. They said they couldn't lower it because it was locked. It was so hot that when my 5 year old left he immediately threw up from the heat. Very bad experience.
I don't have words to describe how the doctor Tod Haller check up my daughters is excelent doctor he take care to my daughter nahiony and he is sooo sweet and profesional im wondering go Back again to the next appoiment i highly recomended he
