There is maintance just not on site! Low income and disabled/ senior apts! There is a on site laundry room for the tenants. Only a few units are handicap! Apartments are within 2 miles of city center!
Not a bad place to live
Place doesn't have a manager that showes up at her regular daily schedule. Can't keep a maintenance person longer then 6 months. Garbage dumpster always full. Parking lot is nasty with garbage and dumped food. People not responsible for their pets, Children and visitors. Majority of the tenants don't follow the rules. The 4 years we have been here we have seen 2 drug raids, 4 over doses, an apartment that had to be cleaned out by 4 people in hazemat suits and 6 wks to empty all the garbage, rotting stuff and all the magots.
