I’ve had a great experience with this clinic. Dr. Akintola is very attentive, professional and a good listener. He was the doctor that caught my cancer.
Helpful and professional staff, they took care of my walk in needs. The on-site pharmacy was also very helpful, again with very friendly and professional staff. Be kind to our medical care professionals, they have to put up with a lot of sick and cranky people!
Terrible place, first off they can never keep Receptionist. The ones they do have are absolutely rude. Hung up on me several times while trying to deal with something. And would ask me something but kept talking and then told me if I didn't stop interrupting him he was going to hang up THEN preceeded to interrupt me (which when I brought that up he just hung up on me) he was so worked up and yelling at me, while I was calm and kept asking for my child's records as his needle card was stolen. I just had the most wonderful experience coming into a walk-in clinic that I have had in my life. From the front reception being so helpful and a doctor that was absolutely fantastic for my 8-year-old daughter. I would highly recommend if you need a walk-in clinic come to Riverdale East medical. They have a pharmacy inside which the staff was so helpful, explaining and so fast I came in at 5:10 and we are all finished by 5:35.
