They fraudulently represented themselves as an in network provider. I paid all that I owed them as if they were in network. The lady at the desk assured me they were just having billing problems when I was billed for more than I owed. Because of that, I went back several times. After a while I found out they were not in network so my insurance was not paying. Now they want the money from me the insurance did not pay even though they fraudulently misrepresented their in network status and turned me over to a collection agency... read more

Dec 26, 2019...I made an appointment 2 months ago... they called me a month ago and postponed the appoinment until tomorrow...Today I got another call and they said that they had no doctor for my appointment and couldn't do a teeth cleaning as well... Second appointment cancelled..and they didn't even know that. I had a temporary filling in my wisdom tooth that came out and I am starting to feel some discomfort. I thought I could wait another day.
