***BUYER BEWARE*** This dealership is a complete ripoff/scammer. They sell you extra parts that you don’t need and refuse to give you a refund. The parts managers is never available, when requested. It’s been several weeks since my purchase and I still haven’t been reached out to my management. Very poor customer service, very poor. With that being said, I will never do business with this dealership again. Thank you.
I was recently made aware that the service center on two separate occasions have used my vehicle vin to FALSIFY repairs to other vehicle/vehicles. I contacted the service manager in regards to this issue It’s been almost 3 weeks and no response from him and no fix to this matter. Warranty paid out for these claims too. My vehicle did not have said issues nor did I have those repairs authorized. This matter needs to get rectified and those service history items removed from my VIN! If you are a woman, do not go back to this dealership for any Pre-Certified vehicle customer service on your own. Never in my life have I experienced this level of sexism. I returned to Riverdale Jeep Friday, morning, 8/8, since my jeep was being held hostage at service from the week prior. I recently bought a car from here. My temp tags expired and they refused to give me new temp tags so I had to drive three hours to my Dmv they told me they will reimburse me for my gas and tolls and all they have been doing is giving me the runaround. I wouldn’t recommend getting a car from them. They are complete crooks stay away from this place
