My experience with Dave Hunter was horrible. He had me hand over $1,000 for a security deposit and first months rent to a trailer that was infested with cockroaches and his quote "methed out workers" forgot to clean up before me and my son moved in. He went as far as replacing the infested microwave and stove so I wouldn't notice it but his worker that lives there for free, failed to get the food cabinets where baby roaches were hatched at and living in. An outstanding park. I was hoping for the best and expecting the worst as a prospective tenant, because of the parks I'd seen before and how my fiance and I got jerked around by one before we even signed a lease before checking out Rivercross. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the owners being really kind, friendly, and just fun to talk to.
