I’m so disappointed in the entire situation with my Mom and Rivercrest. We were referred to them from very old family friends so that was crucial in trying to find a place sight unseen. I don’t live in New Albany. We moved Mom in but on day one she fell out of her wheelchair and seriously injured her face, head and mouth. She then moved to a rehab facility and was back briefly at Rivercrest. Due to other health challenges she was only able to stay there about 10 days of the three months I paid for. River Crest helped my parents assimilate to a new community and new way of living…from their own home in another town to assisted living. It’s a wonderful place.
