Baylee she’s amazing very good communication gets things done very positive she makes me feel comfortable and has very amazing professionalism with everything she has done to get me and my grandma in to our apartment soon has possible.
Nice apartments with plenty of amenities. A secure location while still being close enough to experience sac while staying away from traffic. Julia among other staff made our stay easy through every stage of our stay.
The management is lacking on there jobs
This is a really spacious complex. Very open, very clean too. Lots of parking. The units are a good size too. All around,
Lately there have been an extreme amount of car break ins. All of my housemates have gotten their car broken into, more than once. My friend who was visiting also got his catalytic converter stolen. The apartment management does nothing to solve this and even tells you to go call the security company by yourself because they cant be bothered to heighten their personal security. Also, the homeless have literally set up a community right next to the tennis courts. They also raid the trashcans every day. I feel so unsafe living... read more
