Lately there have been an extreme amount of car break ins. All of my housemates have gotten their car broken into, more than once. My friend who was visiting also got his catalytic converter stolen. The apartment management does nothing to solve this and even tells you to go call the security company by yourself because they cant be bothered to heighten their personal security. Also, the homeless have literally set up a community right next to the tennis courts. They also raid the trashcans every day. I feel so unsafe living... read more
Chris and Julia have done a great job the past year making the complex better. Any issues are addressed urgently and communication is always clear. This complex location is easy access to freeways and close to Sac State, grocery stores etc. I especially love the onsite food truck days and yard sale.
Great place to stay at and lots of help from Julia, information was provided and very helpful full. Lots of great amenities like pools and bbq pits!!
We’ve enjoyed living at Rivercrest Apts! When we first were preparing to move in around 2024, there was a different property manager and while everyone was very nice, they were not the most organized. They did provide us with cookie dough and supplies to bake cookies in our apt upon move in though! Since then, a new property manager was hired and there’s a lot of new friendly faces in the leasing office. Everyone has been nice and helpful. Moving forward I will be recommending these apartments to anyone looking for a great affordable place! It has lots of amenities, well maintained & a convenient location. Julia helped me with the moving in & moving out as well, she is the sweetest & definitely made the process smooth & easy. The entire office staff is amazing, maintenance was respectful & issues were handled in a timely manner. My family never had issues with cars getting broken into & even with having alot of college tenants, we never had issues with noise. ... read more
