First-time interaction with RCP. I initiated a phone call to let them know I was emailing a file to have printed. I then figured I would follow up to make sure they received it a few hours later. I asked if it would possibly be completed later that afternoon. I was told that it would be finished the next morning, which wasn't a problem at all. After agreement to do the job and confirming they can do it, three days later sent an email saying “ Hello, I am so sorry we do not have the time now to do this. So sorry as we are having to deal with very large orders at the moment. Colleen Helton” Unprofessional.
