Wow. The absolute worst customer service we’ve ever received. We’ve had continued problems with this company’s communication, follow through and integrity. The owner is straight up aggressive and blamed the state of our pool on our toddler who stuck a ball in the intake one time. This was quickly remedied and for weeks on end he continued to blame the pool’s condition on our family. The photo I attached was taken THREE days after his service came to by. Enough said.
This company billed for cleaning a pool that had no water, had no access to. Then when questioned the owner Kevin , he went off in a tyrate of some sort. Totally out of control with no thinking or comprehension skills. This man needs to sit at the front of an anger management class.
Kevin is rude and does not communicate well, I am not using his services again, and I am removing him from my contacts for any future pool needs.
Kevin Cromwell at Rivercity Pools... Very unprofessional, aggressive towards customers, no customer service skills, doesn't know how to use pool chemicals correctly. Yelled at me on the phone, called me a liar, and a cheat. Supposedly "put 20 lbs of shock in my pool"! (Only supposed to use 1 lb shock per 10,000 gallons water) I hired this guy to do a one time cleaning while I was out of town. We replaced a liner in early May 2020 with Kevin Cromwell . Since then our pool has leaked . We have had three water bills for 300 and one at 400 . His warranty and customer service is non existent. John Tice Crossett AR .
