These guys came out quickly to assist with a distressed, bogged, camper van owner. Had me out in less than 20mins. Friendly & professional, knew what they were doing. Absolutely brillant. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much guys
0 STAR My camper-van broke down south off Meningie on a Sunday. The Rivercity Mechanic website says he has a tow truck service in Meningie. Misleading! No Truck there!!!!!! He is in Tailem Bend and he quoted me $800 to get me and take me to his workshop in Tailem Bend as he thought the mechanic in Meningie won’t be able to help me on Monday. He sad he can do the repair. BUT (He failed to tell me he won’t have time for at least a week to even look at the car!!!!!!!) After waiting for 4 HOURS on the side of the road to be pick... read more
Amazing service and very kind people I had a warning come up in my car saying the engine oil sensor was low while we were driving from Adelaide to Melbourne. We stopped at River City Mechanical, and I’m so glad we did. The team was incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived. They listened carefully to the problem, checked the car straight away, and helped top up the oil
What wonderful people are Rivercity mechanical/towing. I broke down in Tailem Bend between Christmas and New Year. These boys couldn't do enough for me, making sure I was safe while NRMA worked out accommodation and transport home. They looked after my ute, made sure I had my luggage etc. Finally got home after 8 days and ute is now fixed. Not a good time of year to break down. But a massive Thank You to you all.
