They helped me out with advice straight away as I was passing through town, answered all my questions, friendly service and fast Thank you. Easy to find and parking out the front.
After taking nearly 22hrs to get back from Wye river Victoria with my car surging and blowing out clouds, cruise control at 80km ph. Having RAA OUT IN mount gambier. I get to Meningie and this friendly country folk within the hour have me picked up and sorted me out straight away. Within 2 hrs I was finally heading home.. bloody spark plug 😂 the whole crew were friendly and very professional. Thank you all
The customer service here is appalling and disrespectful. My mate and I went in as we had a question about our car, it was more a panel beater issue but we thought since they are one of the only car shops in town we’d give them an ask for their opinion. We briefly asked the blonde receptionist if they could take a look at the issue and she explained we needed to call Roadside assist because they charge $85 for a look, we left the office and I decided to go back in because we forgot to explain the problem (I also intended to ... read more
