Well kept modern trailers, Marlene is absolutely wonderful and answered any questions we had. Community is still growing and expanding so it's only going to get better from here!

I love it at Riverchase!!!!! The neighbors are all so very sweet and friendly and it is so quiet and relaxing. It makes me smile when I see the children play outside having a good time. Management is completely AWESOME!!!!! Marlene is so helpful and makes sure if you ask a question that you completely understand and is very thorough in explaining details. Just recently moved in me and my wife are very pleased Mrs. Ellis Was very helpful with the process of moving. It’s a nice little neighborhood Everybody seems to be very nice. And we are happy with making the chose to move in here
It’s a quiet peaceful place, especially at night. They are paving the roads during the day but it will definitely be worth it when it’s finished. The homes are very nice and are new or like new. Marlene is a sweetheart and the Maintenance is a very nice guy as well so that’s another plus!
