I just moved in here. This month! Mrs. Marlene the property manager was the absolute sweetest lady to work with, she went above and beyond for me even before I got to move in just to help me! The application was easy, and the approval is fast! They tell you 1-3 business days but most of the time it don't take that long unless there's a lot they have to go over of course! Absolutely the best service around! Marlene was amazing she made it so easy for us to complete all the steps to move in. The mobile homes are stunning inside and out and really makes you feel at home! Couldnt ask for better than this! We are paying less than what we did in our apartments and have our own spacr with no one above or below us! Thank you so much!
Riverchase Park has been nothing short of phenomenal! Marlene, the property manager, was absolutely amazing and kind, making sure I had all the information I needed. She worked quickly to schedule a tour and showed me both the home and the neighborhood grounds. As someone new to the area, I really appreciated how knowledgeable she was. The property manager. Marlene is absolutely fantastic. She has helped us move in. She has helped us before we've moved in. Robert the maintenance person has bent inside out for us. I can't say enough about them. They are fantastic. I would highly recommend riverchase mhp scottsboro.
