Just moved in it was an easy process Marlene was very knowledgeable and kind about everything. She made sure it was clean, batteries in smoke detectors were new and we are very happy with the outcome! We look forward to seeing where this adventure takes us. 3 month update. living here has been great neighbors are friendly I even found a better childcare situation that makes my children’s lives so much easier we love it here
The property manager. Marlene is absolutely fantastic. She has helped us move in. She has helped us before we've moved in. Robert the maintenance person has bent inside out for us. I can't say enough about them. They are fantastic. I would highly recommend riverchase mhp scottsboro.
My family and I recently moved in and we absolutely love it so far. The place is clean, peaceful, and feels very welcoming. The property is well taken care of and the management made the move-in process easy and stress free. Management has been helpful whenever we had questions.. It’s been a great fresh start for us and we’re excited to call this place home.
My family enjoys being here ! Super quiet and peaceful! Getting moved in was a super easy process . Marlene is wonderful! Such a sweet lady and very helpful she answered all our questions and got us in our home fast! Homes are nice and cozy !
