I love it at Riverchase!!!!! The neighbors are all so very sweet and friendly and it is so quiet and relaxing. It makes me smile when I see the children play outside having a good time. Management is completely AWESOME!!!!! Marlene is so helpful and makes sure if you ask a question that you completely understand and is very thorough in explaining details. Great place! Beautiful trailers! Property manager Marlene is a great person really friendly help set up everything for the trailer for us. Great community. Looking forward to being there a long time and raising my little one there. He's coming in August. But if your looking for a really nice place and friendly people Riverchase MHP LLC is were you want to be at.
I have lived in Riverchase for several years and my family and I have enjoyed living here. I have always been able to get in touch with Marlene for repairs with no problem. My two great grandchildren love playing outside. Mail is delivered into locked mailboxes and we can get it any time night or day. Best of all my family and I feel very safe living here!
Me and my fiancé just moved here and it’s the most calm, peaceful, trustworthy neighborhood you could ask for! Marlene has the sweetest soul and will make sure to always get things fixed up for you soon as she can! They are constantly doing things to make the park better and they are working on finishing up the roads being paved and it’s a game changer!! 10/10 recommend this place if your looking for pet friendly and stunning trailers!!
I have lived here going on 3 years and have had no problems. Any repairs that needed done have been done in a timely manner. I live on an end lot and like the set up. I haven’t had any problems out of neighbors. The roads are currently being paved it’s been a little messy but progress is being made.
