I just moved in here. This month! Mrs. Marlene the property manager was the absolute sweetest lady to work with, she went above and beyond for me even before I got to move in just to help me! The application was easy, and the approval is fast! They tell you 1-3 business days but most of the time it don't take that long unless there's a lot they have to go over of course! Very family friendly from what I can see! The homes are very nice and up to date! So far I'm absolutely loving it here! Thank you Marlene and owners for ma... read more

My family and I have lived here for 5 months now and we love it! Marlene made the process fast and easy. Her and the maintenance man are always kind and ready to help. Kid friendly, safe and clean. It’s a great place to live.
Riverchase Park has been nothing short of phenomenal! Marlene, the property manager, was absolutely amazing and kind, making sure I had all the information I needed. She worked quickly to schedule a tour and showed me both the home and the neighborhood grounds. As someone new to the area, I really appreciated how knowledgeable she was. The homes are newly renovated with clean, modern layouts, and there are even new homes being added. It’s a peaceful community where kids can be kids, and the neighbors are respectful.
