Absolutely the best service around! Marlene was amazing she made it so easy for us to complete all the steps to move in. The mobile homes are stunning inside and out and really makes you feel at home! Couldnt ask for better than this! We are paying less than what we did in our apartments and have our own spacr with no one above or below us! Thank you so much!
Riverchase Park has been nothing short of phenomenal! Marlene, the property manager, was absolutely amazing and kind, making sure I had all the information I needed. She worked quickly to schedule a tour and showed me both the home and the neighborhood grounds. As someone new to the area, I really appreciated how knowledgeable she was. The property manager. Marlene is absolutely fantastic. She has helped us move in. She has helped us before we've moved in. Robert the maintenance person has bent inside out for us. I can't say enough about them. They are fantastic. I would highly recommend riverchase mhp scottsboro.
My family and I recently moved in and we absolutely love it so far. The place is clean, peaceful, and feels very welcoming. The property is well taken care of and the management made the move-in process easy and stress free. Management has been helpful whenever we had questions.. It’s been a great fresh start for us and we’re excited to call this place home.
My family enjoys being here ! Super quiet and peaceful! Getting moved in was a super easy process . Marlene is wonderful! Such a sweet lady and very helpful she answered all our questions and got us in our home fast! Homes are nice and cozy !
