Outstanding community! Management truly cares about everyone. The property is well kept, and they are continually updating the park to provide a top notch environment for everyone.
Lived here for 2 years and never had any issues and Marlene is always happy to help if you have an issue.
I’ve lived here for just over a year and honestly it’s been absolutely wonderful! It’s got its quirks like all neighborhoods do, but the property manager Marlene is a doll! One of the friendliest people I’ve ever met! When we moved in we were on a bit of a time constraint and she worked with us and made sure we were able to move in without hassle!
I love this community here! This is a great place to live here in Scottsboro! We are near all local shopping. Near all river activities including Goosepond Colony, & Lake Gutersville, Huntsville, Fort Payne, Hollywood etc.!
My honest opinion on the matter. I currently reside in the trailer park and cannot even contact Miss Marlene the park manager because she blocked me when I informed her of some information. The road needs to be fixed and all they are concerned about is putting in gravel and it getting washed out a couple days later with the rain. They claim they are working on maintaining the road but are constantly just putting in more trailers.
