A lot of ongoing issues. The staff and workers are nice enough, but Bayshore Rhp (owners) are most likely not good people. I had major mold issues when we purchased. This place is outside city limits which has its pros and cons, their hands are tied on a lot of regulations you would get on in city limits. The mold in my house was out of control when I moved in and had to do major renovations, if you get a place here I recommend a thorough inspection especially if you are buying, do some wall samples.
