A lot of ongoing issues. The staff and workers are nice enough, but Bayshore Rhp (owners) are most likely not good people. I had major mold issues when we purchased. This place is outside city limits which has its pros and cons, their hands are tied on a lot of regulations you would get on in city limits. The mold in my house was out of control when I moved in and had to do major renovations, if you get a place here I recommend a thorough inspection especially if you are buying, do some wall samples. Very run down not taken care of
This place sucks. It’s a trap. They are in cohoots with the judge . They don’t fix what is needed fix and let you move in when it’s not even ready. They wait til your 30 days is up and then they still won’t help you it’s your problem. Stupid they put in a new dishwasher and broke it while putting it in and left it and it’s been like 4 months and still nothing
