River Brook is not a good place to live. It takes months to have things repaired. The pool is only open part of the year. That common area for the residents is closed most of the time because it's only open when someone is in the office. My mother has been here 7 years. The old office manager was a nasty person, the new one at least smiles at you while she denies your request. I really like my apartment, the complex is very clean. My 2 bedroom is roomy. I’ve been here 3 months but when things need to be fixed it takes going to the office 2-3 times before concerns are addressed. It’s very frustrating coming from a house where I took care of things quickly, that is my only complaint. The neighbors that I have met are very friendly and helpful.
I would like to say that I love my place and the neighbors are so friendly, but your manager that is in the office seem like she doesn’t like her job and don’t won’t to be bother with the tenants.. Two months ago there were these maintenance guys going from apartment to apartment to check the washers. I went to wash and my washer would not turn on. El lugar lo mantienen extremadamente limpio, sin presencia de basura, lo cual habla muy bien del mantenimiento constante. La piscina es espectacular, siempre limpia y bien cuidada, ideal para disfrutar en cualquier momento. Además, las áreas verdes están hermosas, bien mantenidas y agradables a la vista.
