They miss antibiotic doses. They give you the wrong IV Antibiotics that belong to someone else. They DO NOT believe in treating pain with pain meds. My husband was in a super high dose of pain meds since December of 2024, when we came to RiverBridge in October 2025 the doctor took him off all pain meds and let his detox and get very sick!! He was to the point of death. He was already very sick from fighting a serious blood infection. I would not recommend coming to this place unless it is last resort
This facility has been wonderful! They were great with my father and even better with me. From their staff to the dedication they show to the patients, this has been an amazing journey with them. I am able to walk again because of their dedication towards me and the encouragement they gave me. Even when I was feeling horrible from medication and hurting, they never gave up on me or my progress to continue further! I want to thank each and everyone of them for their hard work and dedication!
My mother went to this facility and was promised a lot and everything they claimed to provide they did not. If you want your family members to just stay in bed all day this is the place for them. I have never seen a place that doesn't even give you a recovery time line. I've seen my share of facilities but this was one of the worse experiences me and my family ever had. My mother is there for rehab 93 years old. She is well taken care of. The room is clean, food is good, PT department is excellent. The staff are friendly and attentive to her needs. Medical staff visit and keep her informed.
