Def does not have a pool... My friends use live here and they couldn't do much without approval from management. Very picky about everything
Very beautiful place to live pet and kid friendly has a pool
Increase rent every year not the place to recover financially.. management does not follow own rules.. impossible to talk to anyone. Quick to complain but not to solve problems.. horrible cat/insect/rodent problems. Parking is terrible. Events if any are a joke..
Old management was much better. (Sean, Tiffany) We have lived here FIVE years and were threatened with eviction because of a payment error (payment did not go through.) and they threatened to kick us, not even a week after payment was due! We have been on time for half a DECADE. How many other renters here can say that? Hmm. I could only imagine if we went into hard times how they would act. Shameful! They do not care about you and show in every single way possible.
