what ever you do, absolutely do not rent from sundance! they are corporate slumloords. they have forced everyone in the riverbluff community to month to month lease, they are towing tenants vehicles nightly, they cut off our spectrum internet and forced us into a campground internet plan that sucks. The list goes on. Read the reviews. look up sundance and your property and I promise you wont want to live there.
Def does not have a pool... My friends use live here and they couldn't do much without approval from management. Very picky about everything
