It takes a while for them to ship your product but they have the lowest price and the best customer service. 5 stars!
Horrible...Ordered an item, they charged my account, a week later I have no shipping confirmation or anything..I call their customer service and they assure me the item will ship out in a couple days...Couple days later no shipping confirmation...Now today I receive an e-mail stating that the item is out of stock and they have cancelled my order...Best Part is they still have the item for sale on their site.... Don't waste your time.
I ordered a set of silverware the beginning of May. Due to the craziness of the world I got an update saying it would be sent out the end of May, ok totally understandable no big deal. The end of May comes and I haven’t heard anything, so I reach out to check on the status and get told “ Thank you for reaching out to Riverbend home customer service. I ordered a 9 inch farberware pan on April 19th because it said it would ship in a few days and I needed it soon. It had not shipped so I asked to cancel on April 22nd. I was told it was too late. Now I just received it Friday MAY 15th. Horrible customer service. I will never order anything from them again
