While visiting in the area last weekend I took a class at Riverbend Yoga. The studio was cozy, intimate & peaceful. I left feeling calm & energized. I plan on taking another class when I am in the area again.

What a sweet, cozy and intimate yoga studio. In a world where yoga studios can be a little depersonalized and one can feel like just another body on a mat, here I felt like I mattered. Miranda led a sweet, grounded practice that was thoughtfully created and guided. Emma had a bright effervescence that was the yang to Miranda's yin, stimulating a container for inspired writing and safe sharing. I'll be going back. Thanks ladies!

This place is so peaceful. Instructors are helpful. Classes are adaptive to all levels. I had no idea what I was doing and they made me feel welcome, and it was so relaxing. Definitely check them out.

Yin-Yasa class was great, exactly what I needed to let go of the "stuff" after an awfully hard week at work at the end of the day. Instructor Erin was calm, clear, and accommodating to all levels of experience. I will be back when my schedule allows it!
