Called on Thursday for a fix on the front door of my business. Said they would be out to have a look on Monday. By the next day at 3pm not only was the door fixed but the level of attention paid was incredible. The door actually works better than it did when it was first installed! Quick, honest, friendly! Our kitchen window was replaced on 2025-05-28 as part of a complete Kitchen renovation. We changed the window style from a crank side open to a double-hung—fantastic company to deal with. I actually got a quote from Riverbend two years ago, but the reno project was delayed. When I contacted them two years later, they honoured the original quote. Highly recommend Riverbend Windows with Shawn & his team. From the start communication and prices from Shawn were great. They also do inside doors which we needed. Install was last August. I started with Matt & Jacob for a few days , then Matt & Shawn. It was only 3 days to install my order.
