This place has zero concern for patients. They refuse to follow up on bloodwork and other tests with the patient. They never answer the phone or respond to other drs requests for info
The front desk team here is amazing! They’re super kind, respectful, and always make me feel welcome. Even when the clinic is busy, they stay patient and helpful. It really makes a difference when the first people you see at a clinic are this friendly and caring.
I visited the clinic on Wednesday with my son and found it to be calm and not very busy. The receptionist was kind and welcoming, and the overall environment was warm and friendly. I highly recommend this clinic for its professional service and pleasant atmosphere.
I wish I had read the reviews before visiting the Riverbend Walk-in Clinic. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. The receptionist was shockingly rude and dismissive—quite the opposite of the politeness Canadians are typically known for. My apparent offense? After telling the medical clinic that I lost my health card, they charged me $100 to see a Dr. While in the office, the amount posted for not having a health card was for $50. Why was I charged $100? I was told I could get a replacement health card and get a refund for the visit. Then when the replacement health card came in and I attempted to get my refund, they then said no to the refund.
