This place is a scam. They want you to pay for “storage insurance” they claim 24 hours security. That’s a joke. My stuff was broken into, they take no accountability. Just offer an insurance plan after the fact. What’s the point if all my stuff is already gone?!! SCAM

Extremely unethical company. Saves your credit card information without authorization. Made ending the agreement an absolute nightmare. Stick with a reputable company. The owner's response to my review is a lie. I had to cancel my credit card to stop being charged from a lawfully canceled contract, fully paid up, returned completely empty and clean with no damage of any kind whatsoever.

I'd like to say I've had an excellent experience with this company and me and my family were on hard times and Riverbend storage worked with me and was patient with my payments after I had fallen a little bit behind. And did not auction my unit they are proof that good people still exist in today's world I would recommend them to anybody and if I ever need a storage unit again I will be contacting Riverbend.
