Called to get started with therapy due to 30+ years of trauma from working in the Fire Department and EMS. I was told that they aren’t “allowed” to help people that live in Winston County, even though they have an office in Russellville which isn’t that far away. So I guess people from my area aren’t worth helping. I give zero stars because of my uselessness. Ridiculous.
Ok the front desk lady was so nice the doctor on the other hand was extremely rude she would ask me something and when I answered she would cut me off bye saying I’m not asking what this is I’m asking what this is… I don’t recommend going there
Been going here for years love the dr and the nurses and the office staff
