Good Price point for new built homes.
We just moved into our new home and it’s great. Maronda makes beautiful homes at a reasonable price and made homeownership a possibility for our family. Our house has enough space and a good layout for maximum function and value. Thank you to Jessica for answering all of my questions and being supportive and communicative. From the beginning, she helped us see home ownership as a real possibility for our family and not an unreachable goal. Overall, we are glad to be in the community and thankful for our new home.
Everything I experienced with Maronda was positive from the beginning to the end. I like to thank Babatunede Moncho for his patience and all other personnel who assisted me in the process. I loved every step of the building process. I have had many problems with my home but what has prompted this review is the companies unwillingness to honor their warranties. I have lived in my home since 2015 and have had my AC break twice, my floors are completely ruined, my shingles have flown off multiple times, and there’s more I could say about the HOA that Maronda has put in place.
