My mother has lived here for about 20 years. She's 87. She's not super mobile and has difficulty walking, and isn't one to complain. But as her daughter, I will. My husband and MIL visited for Thanksgiving, and I'm absolutely appalled at the state of her unit. Her sink is hopelessly clogged, the dishwasher isn't working, and now BOTH toilets are old and degraded, so she can't use one, and can BARELY use the other.
