Ugly leasing staff behavior
Very kind staff and owners. Went over and above as my dad transitioned out of their complex for health reasons after 37 years. He was leaving, and they could have dismissed him, but they were wonderful through the end.
Management and maintenance are very kind and prompt!
Decent clean apartments, fair price and seems safe. Literally right on the river-very cool little town, like Austin, TX back in 1999
