The apartment was making my dog and I very sick. I was forced to move out in the middle of my last semester of grad school at MSU. I'd suggest living elsewhere.
I loved living here! The apartments are affordable and the location is great, plus the management and maintenance are very friendly and get back to you in a timely manner. Sitting outside, enjoying the river is also a plus of living there! 10/10 I highly recommend!
Ive been here 7 years and dont plan on moving until I purchase a home. The staff is friendly and like family. Any time i need anything fixed (which isnt often) its almost always taken care of the same day. They stay on top of preventative pest control, buildings are kept clean. Its pretty quiet here, but not so quiet that you cant have guests/ play music etc on occasion without getting noise complaints. Theyre older buildings but the insides of the units are modern/updated. I love my riverview as well. Highly recommend
I just signed my 3rd lease here, I love my spacious apartment and the maintenance personal is awesome, my kitchen is my happy place and it has some of the best matching appliances, all Whirlpool. Grounds are always kept up and pet friendly. I could keep going but check it out for yourself. I'm not moving anytime soon. Fay
