I just signed my 3rd lease here, I love my spacious apartment and the maintenance personal is awesome, my kitchen is my happy place and it has some of the best matching appliances, all Whirlpool. Grounds are always kept up and pet friendly. I could keep going but check it out for yourself. I'm not moving anytime soon. Fay
I have only been living here a few months, but truthfully I don’t think I’ve ever lived in a prettier and more peaceful place. The river is so calm and beautiful and brings so much joy and wildlife to the outdoors spaces. The trees cut the wind very well and let the highway noise dissipate much better than most places. If you’re looking for a good home, and keen enough to read reviews, this place has my upmost gratitude and respect. Thanks for having me!!
REO Town Apartments is a great, family-owned community located along the Grand River, just outside of Downtown Lansing. Even tucked next to I-496 the setting along the river is quiet and scenic. One big plus is that they allow full-size dogs, which can be hard to find. The community itself is a good mix of people—college students, young professionals, single-parent families, and older residents—which creates a welcoming and diverse atmosphere. Ugly leasing staff behavior
Very kind staff and owners. Went over and above as my dad transitioned out of their complex for health reasons after 37 years. He was leaving, and they could have dismissed him, but they were wonderful through the end.
