really nice landlord! the only problems that I saw were that there's no free washing machine. There's wear and tear but definitely worth the price. Also, no elevators. I love the walks when I took to work at the GM plant next block every day. Beautiful nature.
I lived here for 2 years, and I will admit: I was nervous moving in at first! I saw some mixed reviews online that made me confused. But now, 2 years later, I can gladly say that was totally not my experience! Very glad I listened to the positive reviews. The building is not a brand new build, and it is important to be aware of that. But with that said, the landlord is honest, kind, and reasonable, while maintenance was always quick to respond when I reported an issue.
