Jessica the manager is absolutely terrible at her job. Jessica allows her personal life to affect her job profusely. when you put in a work order don't expect it to be done because Jessica will not mark down that the work order was put in the maintenance man John does an amazing job and deserves a lot more respect than what he gets.
