Nice place too live!!!!!
Poor management and the staff is very unprofessional! They don’t follow proper policy procedure or documentation with clients or visitors. Landlord is personally involved with tenants and involves herself in private situations, and she clearly oversteps legal and moral boundaries. It used to be a decent place to live when the McDonald family managed the office.
Jessica the manager is absolutely terrible at her job. Jessica allows her personal life to affect her job profusely. when you put in a work order don't expect it to be done because Jessica will not mark down that the work order was put in the maintenance man John does an amazing job and deserves a lot more respect than what he gets. Jessica will go behind your back and speak badly about you to other people and then when you're you confront her about it she lies.
