Maintenance comes in a timely manner to repair any issues
I would not recommend living at these apartments. Maintenance is incredibly slow to respond — sometimes taking weeks to address serious issues like broken AC or leaks. Management is unprofessional and unresponsive, often ignoring calls or giving vague promises with no follow-through. The units are poorly maintained, and common areas are dirty more often than not. The maintenance in this place is horrible. I have been without ac. Since may 28. They put small window unit in my bedroom. They told me they will fix the problem in two weeks. Today is July 18 and I'm still waiting. At the beginning They told me they have place an order for 30 units waiting for approval. And everytime I went to the office they keep saying they don't know when.they will be delivered. At the outset this is a large, fairly nice housing complex in Lancaster. Uniquely placed- which is a plus. However, residence aren't mindset to maintain cleanliness and pride in this community. They abandon large furniture on the property; trash is leisurely trown from vehicles, and the roads in and throughout needs tobe repaved. But it is peaceful, no tampering with vehicles. Only been here a few months. I want to see if there's a betterment in about 6-8 months
If I could give it negative stars I would I’ve been having problems with this apartment since the day I moved in. The unit was not move-in ready there were holes in the walls from old pipe leaks, and it was clear repairs had been rushed or left unfinished. The AC hasn’t worked properly since day one. Maintenance has come out multiple times, and we were eventually given a small window unit that only cools the living room, while the bedrooms stay unbearably hot.
