The people are so unprofessional and unorganised cause when I did an application and paid for deposit fee they never showed me units similar to my unit but yet had some available. Mind you my move in was July 22nd and they still didn’t show me anything weeks before then. If I could give 0 stars I would. These apartments are the worst. I paid my rent for June on 5/31/2026. My lease ended 6/17/2026. We moved out of the apartment on that day. I get a notification this week to pay 17 days more for rent that I was not there. Plus cable, water, sewage, etc. I went to the office Friday and the lady leaving said the person I needed to speak with would be back in an hour. I came back and another lady said I needed to speak with the accountant, which was the lady that was leaving the first time I came... read more
Dont even try it. We almost NEVERRRRR have water. They shut it off for “work” DAYS ON END, no notice 9/10. The office is NO HELP . They don’t really care about what everyone else is going through as long as they cant see it. I called the office 45 times one day hoping for answers, sent to voicemail, even just clicked on multiple times. This needs to be taken care of like yesterday.
