Honestly, I try to give places the benefit of the doubt but it’s horrible here to say the least. While it’s understandable of the tenant requirements, enforcing rules regarding rent but having a terrible maintenance team, a hazardous community, green pools, water turned off every other day, and a leasing office that barely answers their phones is a disgrace. I reserved an apartment on line from Pennsylvania. I saw what they show on their website. They asked me for $300.00 reservation fee. I sent a money order by mail. When we arrived in Texas we went there right away. Asked them to see the apartment; they told us to wait because they were still working on it. We went to see it anyway. Disappointed, frustrated, in total shock. That was the way we felt. Fridge smelled like a cadaver has been in there. Stove falling apart. Our vent fan does not work on the microwave and hasn't worked since the first day we moved in..This is supposed to be a renovated apt.Appliances should work.Atthe time of lease signing we were told the apt has a washer and dryer,but the day we moved in the washer/ dryer was removed because they said they don't work.Its been almost a month and still no washer/dryer..The door latch on door ( which was reported the first day) to that leads to balcony doesn't work.It has not been fixed ..How can this be allowed? I’ve had a very frustrating experience living here, mainly due to poor management and ongoing maintenance issues that have not been properly addressed. One of the biggest concerns has been a bee infestation that went unresolved for far too long. It made it uncomfortable and honestly unsafe to even be around certain areas of the property. On top of that, there have been recurring issues with rats, which is completely unacceptable for any living environment.
