First of all I don't appreciate the dishonesty of your service repair man trying to overcharge for extra hours he didn't actually work. I have all recorded times on my home cameras the actual times he arrives and departs. He actually arrived at 12:26 pm to service my ac unit and after discovering he didn't bring any refrigerant he left for Desarc at 1:24pm and returns at 2:55pm to charge ac unit.
