Been here a little over 11/2 years. Lot rent has gone up $100. And no real amenities or improvements. The only thing they did was replace the metal roofing on the car ports. They are ripping down condemned homes. Winter plowing is good. But a bit strict for the outrageous rent. Maybe things will look better soon. Oh well I chose to live here. I will not get into the mobile home i was scammed by the private owner.

Vut dare you use it for lumber or lawn chairs, or anything else. I get the reasoning. but a bit strict for the outrageous rent. Oh well I chose to live here.
