We moved in because it is a family park. We did a lot of research and this was the safest and most clean mobilre home park in the area. It is pretty calm and quiet and we love the swimming pool. I ve not had a problem getting my laundry done because there are three laundry rooms of washers and dryers. That was another thing we wanted. People here are pretty nice and they do a lot of community nights where they give out doorprized and food for the residents. They have little contests for the kids and that is fun for them. Constant gang activity including gun fire, Graffiti on houses which is repeatedly re-spray painted after being covered, streets and street lights in disrepair, the highest lot rent of any trailer park in the area, police are constantly screaming through (especially on weekends), and management doesnt seem to care about any of it. Stay away!!
Disagree with the above ! This place gets you in and forcloses the minute you are late , there is a 3 strikes your OUT policy , and within one yr if you get 3 notices , youi have to leave !You can get a notice for not having the right paint on your home or whatever they decide to disagree with...so your money is theres. Beware !!!
Nicely Maintained Park with alot of family and senior ammenities. The monthly rent is top dollar, but the facilities are as well.
Lived here for several years. I loved it! The only thing that bothered me is that the management is way to picky. I understand that you have to be clean and make your house look and stay pretty, but they even have a list of colors that your house has to be!! That was ridiculous!! They had to approve of your house color before you painted it!

i have been living there for 9 years, and its gotten so ghetto now. it looks diry and the manager is no good. GHETTO!
This place has turn so bad. The management i wonder what school she went to get management skills because they are soooooooo bad. My parents live there and everytime i go over they have a fix notice or if they want to have a party a the club house they need 3 mths ahead a time. Now come on you pay all these fines and you would think that you have a chance to just go and have one with a min of 2 week notice. I have also lived here for many years and agree completely. Cannot even sell our mobile homes to get out of this park at a decent price. An owner sold his for 6,000 just to be able to get out of the park. Rent has more than doubled in the time I have been here, even with a long term lease. Management picks and chooses what to enforce with the rules and regulations.
