I can’t say enough good things about riverbark. My dog was severely ill and I immediately drove to them right when they were opening, hoping they could squeeze us in, they took my girl back as soon as we walked in and got her attention immediately. she ended up needing surgery same day and dr leflore was amazing with her and got her in very quickly. Forever grateful for all of the staff that took care of our sweet indie 💜
Got a courtesy call from Riverbark after my review-what a waste of time- excuses on top of excuses. Unless you want to pay $700 for an eye and ear infection- go to Southern Oaks or Cypress Lakes Animal Hospital- better customer service and reasonable prices.
We especially love and trust riverbark veterinary hospital for our fur babies. The vets, techs, and front desk are all professional, kind, and loving to all our pets. We've been here multiple times for the simplest of procedures like a wellness check to something more complicated like dental extractions. The place is always clean and you get immediate attention at the front desk. Truly worth a place to check out for amazing and exceptional work.
I am so disappointed by the quality of care shown by this office and the staff. Lack of communication, no follow through in an emergency, and absolutely no transparency with care. While I can appreciate running tests and being thorough, there was not enough urgency in the care provided leading us to another hospital for the proper care. Dog is now in emergency surgery and in good hands at another facility, no thanks to this location. Please do better for your future patients and anxious pet parents
