I have always had a ton of anxiety around dental care. Dr. Shah and his team treated me with the most respect and care possible. Explaining every step of the process. I needed quite a few things done and the team was patient, kind and understanding. They answered all of my questions and have been great accommodating appointments and schedules. I am truly scared of the dentist and I left feeling well taken care with no fear. My entire procedure was painless. Everything was explained beforehand so clearly. I felt reassured and will recommending Riverbank Modern Dentistry to anyone. Dr. Shah is an excellent dentist and I wish I had found him sooner. 10/10
I went in for my appointment this morning 1/7/26, what I thought was for a cleaning, the lady who normally runs the front and handles the finances was not there. I did not get the name of the lady who was checking me in, but I was told I owed for my crown and I explained to her I was only here for a cleaning she was very rude and had a attitude!
