I wish I had checked Google Reviews before dealing with this so called company. My husband and I try to use small businesses whenever possible and wish we hadn't supported this one. We purchased the home we live in now in 2022 and within a week of buying it, the central air went out. Very attentive and responsive in gaining the sale, install and down payment. Once money was paid the delay excuses piled up and the attentiveness turned off like a light switch. Several install date changes and delays even after all equipment was received prior to install. Job completed without heat working because of missing a tool. Many more delay excuses in completing the job. Huge gap left under duct entry under house. Notified immediately and advised of a now urgent rodent problem through gap that was left.
