Riverbank built a mother in law unit onto our house several years ago. Did a great job and were great to work with. One of the workers even went out of his way to help rescue our cat from a tree! Seriously. We’re still very happy with the unit (as is my MIL). But somehow the painting subs did a bad job on the exterior paint & it soon began to discolor & peel.
