I feel it’s important to share my experience so others know what to expect. The biggest issue I’ve had with this office is the complete lack of follow-through and urgency. Nothing ever seems to be handled in a timely manner — whether it’s returning calls, sending referrals, or following up on test results. I’ve had to call multiple times just to get basic information or to remind them about things that should’ve already been taken care of.
