After a hail storm, a door-to-door roofer told me I had storm damage and should file an insurance claim. The adjuster found damage to the fence, vents, and gutters, but not enough on the shingles for a full roof replacement. Once the check was issued and it was clear the roof would not be replaced, that contractor disappeared. nolan did a very thorough inspection of our roof to find the source of the leak. he used a drone, checked the attic, and climbed on the roof twice to look over the shingles, flashing, and vent area. he found that water was getting in through an attic vent that had not been sealed correctly by the original roofer. he took time to clearly explain what he found and how the roof repair would be handled. he came back the next morning and fixed the issue right away. i was very impressed with the customer service, communication, an... read more
