We had a great experience getting a brand new tile roof installed. The roofer was recommended to us by another contractor, and we’re glad we went with them. Tyrone and his crew were very honest and took the time to show us where some of our wood needed to be replaced after we had several leaks from storms. I was really impressed with how prompt and efficient the roofing crew was. They showed up right on time early in the morning, got started on my roof quickly, and had everything wrapped up by early afternoon. The team also handled my gutter installation. They came prepared and got straight to work, finishing the job in a timely manner. Although the equipment they brought was originally meant for a smaller gutter, I actually received a larger size at no extra cost, which was a nice upgrade. My old roof in Houston needed to be replaced, and Eugene made the whole process simple and stress-free. He met with my insurance inspector and clearly explained that the damage was caused by a hail storm.
