Best belt drives and clutches you can buy, 100% American made 100% assembled in U.S.A, staff is knowledgeable and easy to work with. There is only two people manning the phones so it's difficult to get through right away but michael is always on the ball getting us customers taken care off keep it up Michael!
This use to be a good company. Now is absolutely terrible. Lousy customer service. Products that have fitment issues and no knowledgeable tech employees. Never answer calls. DO NOT return voicemails or emails. No actual location now other than a mobile phone that goes to someone's personal phone. Save your money and use another brand other than rivera Primo
