I hired Jose to install my water softener system on January 31, 2025. I paid him in cash immediately after he completed the job. He was supposed to connect the water pipe to the sewer, but instead, he took a shortcut and ran the pipe through the wall, causing the water to drain onto the driveway. I tried to get him to come back and fix it, but he didn't return until April 25, 2025—only after I told him I would leave a review if he didn’t follow through.
